As the saying goes, the only two certain things in life are death and taxes. The latter we deal with every year at tax time, and perhaps see withholding from our paychecks, but how often do we think of the other certainty in life? In Sunday's Gospel reading, we hear about how Jesus ascended into Heaven. Do we really ever consider that we were created to join him in Heaven and that this life is not our final end?
