| Do you think it's ok to confess your sins in your room by yourself with God only and not with a priest? |

| we meet Jesus in confession. the priest does not know you and anyway, what would he do with your sins? jesus only would take away the pain in our hearts caused by our unfaithfulness, ingratitude and the whole bad side of our humanity. it is a worhty cause and dont ever say you lead a clean life. even the disciples of our lord used to sin in the very presence of their master and He would forgive and guide them, what about you mortal being? |

| I am very shy and reserved.
I find it impossible to go
to confession. I live a
pretty clean life. What sins
I have committed I don't
care to share with anyone.
Some sins I'm not even
ashamed of. |

| I think that this sacrement of reconciliation should be taught to people so as to remind them of its importance. it is a high spiritual and even social importance in our world today. |

| I just went to confession today after 20 years. I am a liitle bit nervous and excited but I made my preparation at home by reviewing the 10 commandments and asked God's grace to give me courage to do the confession. I pray my act of contrition and I had relaxed before I reach the confessional area. The priest gave me a very comforting and reassuring words. I was tearful while listening to him, I feel like Jesus was talking to me. I prayed at the altar after and went home. I feel so free and happy today. I feel like I had a new life. Thank you God!!! I am back in your home. |
