There are people who will tell you that the Mass, the Eucharist is unbiblical, NOT SO!  One of the blessings of Catholicism is that if you were to attend Mass each and every day for three years you will hear nearly all the Biblical reading from the Bible.  

Your Fundamentalist friends no doubt have told you many times that what is written on every page of the Bible is inspired by God and what is written on the page is exactly what God told the author to write.  If you bring them to the sixth chapter of John they will more than likely tell you what it says here is only a metaphor.  Hmm let’s see.
